Shipping and Handling
Bouncer's ltd use Royal Mail and Parcelforce for its distribution of products within the U.K. We deliver also to Europe and Rest of World via Royal Mail International Signed For and Parcelforce International.
Bouncer's use of Royal Mail Delivery provides for proof of postage but not proof of delivery delivery is usually with 2-3 working days of order. A nextday delivery option is also available for UK deliveries which includes insurance.
Deliveries outside the UK are undertaken. Europe includes the following countries:

Delivery inside Europe is normally between 4 and 6 days for delivery and for Rest of World locations between 6 and 8 days. Volumes within the courier and mail networks may see these delivery times increase during busy seasonal periods or large in country events.
Bouncer's must be notified of any damage within 48 hours of delivery. Please ensure you retain all of the damaged product and packaging. This will be required if a claim is to be processed with the carrier.
Bouncer's must be notified of incorrect delivery of goods with 48 hours of delivery.
In order to ensure effective, accurate and prompt delivery of all orders it is vital that the customer provides full and accurate information. This applies to both billing data and delivery address data. Full postcodes andcorrect telephone numbers must be used at all times.
Non delivery of items must be notified to Bouncer's within 5 days of ordering.
Bouncer's will only accept the return of items which have been returned as Sold, which means unopened and have the seals intact and unopened and packaging undamaged. Prior to returning any item please ensure you contact us and obtain a returns reference number. Refunds will then be processed usually within 7 working days and refunds made within 4 working days of the return. Refunds will be processed provided the returned item meets with the requirements outlined above.
Returns must be made at your cost and risk. We would suggest that you use Royal Mail recorded delivery.
Website Pricing Errors
There may the occasion where website errors cause a produuct to be mis-priced, and/or discount structure to apply incorrect. - Under this circumstance, Prior to despatch confirmation, Bouncer's ltd will advise by email that the order cannot be completed. - this in no way affects your statutory rights
Bouncer's do no offer credit terms, we don't need washing up done or the dog taking for a walk. We also cannot be swayed by multiple packets of Chupa-Chup lollies.
